KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Harapan has a head start in the Port Dickson parliamentary by-election with Barisan Nasional opting to stay out.
Barisan chairman and Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi described the decision as a “boycott” over the manner in which the seat was vacated.
