KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed Oct 26 for a decision in the lawsuit filed by Datuk Hasanah Abdul Hamid against the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) for denying her access to counsel while she was in remand.
High Court judge Justice Nordin Hassan fixed the date after hearing oral submissions by both parties in open court here on Monday (Sept 24).
