PETALING JAYA: Fishermen nationwide will continue to receive monthly cash aid from the Government, says Agriculture and Agro-based Industries Minister Salahuddin Ayub.
Salahuddin was responding to a remark by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Friday (June 22) that the monthly allowances for fishermen amounting between RM200 and RM300 would be discontinued.
