KUALA LUMPUR: The lawyer of the family of murdered Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu is hoping the Government would consider a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into the case.
Ramkarpal Singh (pic) said that the scope of an RCI could be a narrow one - on who ordered the murder of Altantuya.
