Yemeni student found drowned in Perhentian Island

BESUT: A Yemeni student at a local university here was found drowned at Pulau Perhentian Kecil on Wednesday (April 18).

Besut district police chief Supt Mohd Zamri Mohd Rowi said the victim, identified as Abkar Maged Mahmood Mohammed, 24, was on holiday with 12 friends on the island and was scheduled to return to Kuala Lumpur today or tomorrow.
