GEORGE TOWN: A High Court here has allowed an application by two individuals to challenge the transfer of a piece of land in Burmah Lane to a developer by four people purporting to be trustees of the Burmese community.
Judge Datuk Azmi Ariffin allowed the application by the plaintiffs — Burmese descendant Ho Choon Teik, 42, and Nai Ninn Sararaksh, 77.
