Zahid: Action taken against MPs absent during bloc vote


KUALA LUMPUR: Action has been taken against the Barisan Nasional MPs who were absent during a surprise bloc vote to pass Budget 2018 allocations for a ministry, said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic).

Two days ago, Barisan won the bloc vote on allocations to the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry by a razor-thin one vote difference with 52 MPs voting for and 51 against.
