Father arrested for chaining son to gas tank

KUANTAN: A man allegedly chained his 10-year-old son to a gas tank with at a house in Indera Mahkota here.

The 32-year-old father was arrested when a team from the Kuantan Police Headquarters Criminal Investigations Department entered the house after they were tipped-off by the public on Thursday.
