KOTA KINABALU: He was declared a bankrupt on Sept 14 and discharged of it in just one week, but the law still requires Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin (pic) to vacate his position as Parti Harapan Rakyat Sabah president.
However, his position as Klias assemblyman has yet to be decided.
