Actress Siti Saleha and hubby want 11 children

PETALING JAYA: Actress Siti Saleha and her husband Ahmad Lutfi Azhar are looking forward to having a big family.

“I want 11 children! One every year!” a joyful Ahmad Lutfi told mStar, The Star’s Malay portal, at their wedding, with his bride next to him.

On a more serious note, he added that they would leave the question to fate.

“If God blesses us with a child early, then we are really grateful. But we haven’t planned that far yet,” he said.

Saleha, 27, and civil servant Ahmad Lutfi, 31, held a beautiful wedding reception attended by 200 guests at TPC Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, on Friday.

Saleha said it was Ahmad Lutfi’s humour that made her fall for him, and she felt so grateful to be blessed with an understanding and loving husband.

“He opens doors for me, like a true gentleman. He also likes to feed me even when I’m full, and he just makes me laugh,” said Saleha.

“I’m also very thankful for all the support I have received from my family and friends.”

In response, Ahmad Lutfi said Saleha was very caring.

“I get a lot of my energy from her. I am inspired by her, her career and ambitions,” he added.

The newly-weds planned to have their honeymoon in Mauritius, but it has been put on hold due to their busy schedules.

“Hopefully, we will be able to go on our honeymoon at the end of this year when we are free.

“I don’t really mind when we go,” Saleha said.
