KUALA LUMPUR: The police have vowed to intensify their nationwide crackdown on gangsters, regardless of affiliations or connections, with another syndicate boss caught in the dragnet and dozens of henchmen on the run.
The leader of the Double Seven Gang, who was detained in Seremban on Tuesday night, is the latest high-ranking organised crime figure to be put behind bars in the current phase of the special operation codenamed Ops Cantas Khas.
