GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) has denied that the state’s water revenue, including the water conservation surcharge, was channelled to the Chief Minister’s Office.
PBAPP chief executive officer Datuk Jaseni Maidinsa said the revenue would be returned to PBAPP for its capital expenditure.
