BUKIT MERTAJAM: It supposedly started three months ago when a police officer was contacted via WhatsApp to meet up with a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officer.
The 38-year-old MACC assistant superintendent allegedly wanted to meet the police officer in Putrajaya but the latter declined. This was followed by numerous messages over the next few months.
