JOHOR BARU: A thunderstorm hit the district for the second time in several days, causing flash floods and damaging a high-rise residential building and four cars here.
Pasir Gudang MCA division chief Tan Cher Puk said strong winds blew off several roofs from an apartment in Taman Johor Jaya at around 2.10pm.
