GEORGE TOWN: Penang civil servants will be entitled to up to three days parental leave a year pending approval from the Public Services Department (JPA).
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the state exco decided to approve the proposal by Wanita DAP for parents who need to attend to their sick child below 12.
