KUALA LUMPUR: A van driver claimed trial in a magistrate's court to committing gross indecency by masturbating on his victim in Bandar Tasik Selatan here.
Mohamad Syahrul Azizi Shah Fri, 27, was charged with committing the offence on the 33-year-old victim, a government employee, in a lift at Tasik Height Apartment at 7.50am on March 16.
