GEORGE TOWN: A couple charged with drug trafficking and pos-session were spared the death sentence after being given a discharge not amounting to acquittal by a High Court here.
Businessman Shahrizal Said, 40, and his wife Zarimah Yusof, 37, smiled with relief after Judicial Commissioner Azmi Abdullah delivered the judgment in court yesterday.
