PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has allowed PKR de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his family to refer legal questions to the Federal Court as to whether the decision-making process of the Pardons Board regarding royal pardons can be challenged in court.
The panel chaired by Justice Rohana Yusuf set aside the decision of the High Court and directed the High Court to make the reference to the Federal Court.
