KUALA LUMPUR: The defamation suit between Shah Alam MP Khalid Abdul Samad and former Selangor PAS commissioner Datuk Dr Hassan Ali will go on trial after both sides failed in mediation.
Khalid had sued Dr Hassan for allegedly implying that he is a leader who had betrayed Islam.
