KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Bar will be working together with its sister associations to form the Asean Bar Association Coalition on Migration to strengthen cross-border migration law.
Though national Bars had independently worked on migrant issues, this was the first such regional effort, said Bar Council (Migrants, Refugees and Immigration Affairs) co-chairman Datuk M. Ramachelvam.
