Guan Eng: DAP still waiting for decision on snap polls

GEORGE TOWN: DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng says the party will not be an unreliable partner of Pakatan Harapan by making a unilateral decision on having a snap state election.

Lim, who is also Penang Chief Minister, said the DAP was still waiting for the decision of PKR and Parti Amanah Negara on its proposed snap polls.

He added that with the move, the party wanted to demonstrate that it is a reliable partner in Pakatan Harapan.

Lim was speaking to reporters in Komtar, Penang, after a prize presentation ceremony for the national-level design competition of the proposed construction of the Teluk Kumbar market complex.
