NIBONG TEBAL: Police issued summonses to 39 motorists and motorcyclists for various offences in the two-hour Ops Selamat at KM155.2 of the North-South Expressway near the entrance to the second Penang bridge.
Among the offences were having expired road tax and expired driving licence.
