SHAH ALAM: Services such as Uber and GrabCar have good business models but that alone is not enough, said Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chairman Tan Sri Dr Syed Hamid Albar.
He said taxi operators wishing to use the successful business model of ride-sharing services should conduct a thorough study first instead of trying to adapt it wholesale.
