PETALING JAYA: Many support the Government’s decision to take 53 measures to cut costs and see it as a positive step for the nation.
Self-employed Olivia, 39, said the cost-cutting move was good as “it can help save a lot of money”.
Software developer who asked to be identified only as Aliff, 28, also supported the Government’s decision to “not overspend”.
Aini, 33, a teacher who did not give her full name, was against some measures.
“I heard that we won’t be able to make claims when we are sent for training,” she said, adding that this would add to her financial burden.
However, she supported the Government’s move to cut down on trips.
