Letters from Bank Negara to Tabung Haji do not reflect full picture, says deputy minister

PETALING JAYA: Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) purported letters to Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH) warning them of negative reserves do not reflect the full picture of the pilgrimage fund's financial status, said Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki (pic).

The deputy minister in charge of Islamic affairs said that the content of the leaked letters were taken "out of context".
