KUALA LUMPUR: Universiti Malaya law lecturer Dr Azmi Sharom (pic) has failed in his bid to transfer his sedition case to the High Court.
In dismissing Dr Azmi's application, High Court judge Justice Ab Karim Ab Rahman said that no unfair and inequitable circumstances would occur if the hearing of Azmi’s application proceeded in the Sessions Court.
