KUALA LUMPUR: The Express Rail Link (ERL) fare revision is necessary to ensure that the service remains sustainable in the face of rising operating costs.
Commenting on the recent uproar due to the hike, Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd said fares for both KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit services had remained the same since April 2002, despite rising operating costs.
