PETALING JAYA: Malaysia is making preparations to send back Warrant Officer 2 Muhammad Rizalman Ismail to New Zealand to face charges of burglary and assault with the intent to rape Tania Billingsley in her Wellington home.
In a statement Tuesday, the Foreign Ministry said Malaysia and New Zealand were discussing the required legal procedures to enable this to be done according to the applicable international and domestic laws.
