KUALA KANGSAR: A plantation owner was charged in a magistrate's court here on Friday with providing militant training.
Muamar Gadaffi Mohamad Shafawi, 30, had allegedly conducted the training for the purpose of extending ideology that will pose as a threat to Syria.
