GEORGE TOWN: MCA has identified three potential candidates for the Bukit Gelugor by-election even though the party has yet to decide if it will contest.
"We are ever ready to compete. However, we need to discuss the matter internally before making any decision," said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
