KAJANG: The Selangor government has not been fully utilising millions of ringgit allocated by the Federal Government for development purposes but is instead keeping it as reserves, said MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
This, he said, has been happening since Pakatan Rakyat took over Selangor in the 2008 general election.
