Enforcement beef-up to cut road accidents and fatalities


IPOH: A “total enforcement” approach will be adopted by the police to effectively reduce the number of road accidents and traffic fatalities during Ops Selamat 4/2014 over the Chinese New Year period.

Bukit Aman internal security and public order director Comm Datuk Seri Salleh Mat Rashid said the police would be stricter with their enforcement to ensure motorists would adhere to the regulations.
