PETALING JAYA: The Consumers Association of Penang welcomed the setting up of a special Cabinet committee to address the rising cost of living and expects to learn more about the panel’s measures and actions soon.

CAP president S.M. Mohamed Idris said it was too early to gauge how effective the committee would be because its course of action had yet to be announced.
