GEORGE TOWN: Penang police have launched a probe against its two senior officers who were said to have made racist remarks on the WhatsApp messaging chat application.
State police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi said they would wrap up investigations by today before submitting the report to their Bukit Aman counterpart.
