Bowled over by shoddy toilet design

ALOR SETAR: The positioning of toilet bowls caught the eye of officers during audit checks of the Kota Setar District and Land Office here.

It was revealed in the Auditor-General’s Report that toilet bowl placements were not centred in the middle of the toilet cubicle.
