KUALA LUMPUR: Former Ampang Jaya Municipal Council enforcement director Kapt (Rtd) Abdul Kudus Ahmad has won his defamation suit against PPP president Datuk M. Kayveas and The New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd (NSTP).
Justice Su Geok Yiam yesterday held that the former deputy housing and local government minister and NSTP were liable for defamation.
