GEORGE TOWN: Penang Pakatan Rakyat is expected to announce on Friday, all 40 candidates for state seats and 13 for parliamentary seats in the May 5 general election.
State DAP secretary Ng Wei Aik said the announcement would be made during a ceramah in Esplanade which would be attended by Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
