Residents of apartment in Batu Caves cry foul over lifts

RESIDENTS of Pangsapuri Laksamana in Batu Caves are upset over the poor maintenance, resulting in frequent breakdown of the lifts.

Malaysia Nanban reported that residents had made numerous complaints to the management with no success.
