KOTA BARU: The Kelantan Health Department detained four traders for selling illegal sex stimulants and erotic sexual toys at Dataran Ilmu here last Friday, said its director Datuk Dr Ahmad Razin Ahmad Maher on Tuesday.
The four were repeated offenders who did not repent despite being charged in court several times before, he said.
