Teoh Beng Hock's brother files appeal over open verdict

SHAH ALAM: Teoh Beng Hock's brother filed an appeal Friday against the Dec 1 High Court decision which rejected his family's application to review the coroner's open verdict on the death of the political aide.

Teoh Meng Kee filed the appeal at the High Court Registrar here at 2.45pm through his lawyer Gobind Singh Deo following leave granted by the Court of Appeal on Feb 2.
