Cancer patient organises cycling event to raise awareness on palliative care

DESPITE suffering from stage-four cancer, a 70-year-old grandmother organised a charity cycling event in Putrajaya to raise awareness about palliative care.

Hasmah Ibrahim came up with the idea when she realised that many people did not know about palliative care and how it can help patients with advanced illnesses.
