ROYAL Salute was part of the recently held Royal Selangor Polo Club (RSPC) Merdeka League Finals, which carried 50% bonus points, with seasoned players and patrons outriding each other and scoring even in the dying minutes.
Touted as the penultimate league tournament of the season in Malaysia, the RSPC Merdeka League saw Royal Pahang Polo Club (RPPC) Chili’s, led by Tengku Hassanal, sweep Windhorse aside 8-3 to win the coveted title.
