THE Petaling Jaya City Council’s (MBPJ) recent fullboard meeting saw a heated discussion over the placement of Deepavali bazaars in SS9A Seri Setia New Village.
Councillor Sean Oon had expressed his concerns that festive traders had taken up more space than what had originally been allotted by the council’s Licensing Committee, causing congestion along the main road.
