KOTA KINABALU: Police are continuing to keep a lookout for a pair of siblings believed to be key suspects in cross border kidnapping and murder in the state.
Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Jallaludin Abd Rashid said they believe the Muktadil brothers were still at large in their native southern Philippines.
