ABOUT 200 people took part in a 4km walk to promote awareness on organ donation near the Sultan Abdul Aziz Recreational Park in Ipoh recently.
With various messages pinned on their shirts promoting organ donation, the participants, led by Organ Donation Awareness Promotion Action Committee chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye and Perak Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon, began the walkathon along Jalan Brash towards Lorong Tun Dr Ismail before returning to the park.
