JOHOR BARU: The monitoring of the price of essential goods in Johor will be carried out by the relevant authorities all year round and not only during major festivals.
State consumerism executive councillor Datuk Tee Siew Kiong said this was to ensure that errant traders would not take the opportunity to increase the price of their goods.
