RM500 fine for premises with mosquito breeding grounds to stay


A CALL to reduce the fine of RM500 imposed on owners of premises found to have mosquito breeding grounds  as shot down by the state government.

Perak Health Committee chairman Nolee Ashilin Mohd Radzi (BN-Tualang Sekah) said the amount imposed now was to deter people from being irresponsible and ensure they keep their premises clean to help curb dengue.
