THE frequent presence of heavily tinted vehicles, some with the police logo, is striking fear among city dwellers of late.
Violet Yong (DAP-Pending) said the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and police ought to do something about this due to rising concerns that some of these vehicles are used by criminals.
