KUCHING: Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Services (Cuepacs) president Datuk Omar Osman has called for a stop to organising irrelevant short courses for civil servants in the technical services.
He said instead of sending these technical personnel to motivational courses or salary briefings, they should be sent to practical intensive training to upgrade their technical skills for work efficiency.
