Dwelling on this during the launch of an environmental awareness campaign organised by Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) in partnership with Woodlands International School (WIS), SMC deputy chairman Daniel Ngieng pointed out that the people’s growing affluence was putting a strain on limited resources.
